Returns & Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Unclesams.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and sent to the address listed below. As part of our commitment to the best customer service possible, we also offer continental U.S. customers our Free Shipping for product(s) orders that total $99 or more of qualifying items. Free shipping can not be applied after your order has been submitted.

Free shipping is on orders via standard delivery in the continental USA (48 states). We reserve the right to choose the most economical option available. Oversized and heavy packages 15 lbs. or more do not qualify for free shipping. Wholesale customers and dealers can not use free shipping except on orders over $2000. In the case that an entire order or partial order that receives free shipping is returned for a refund, normal shipping charges will be deducted before refund is issued. In the case of exchanges or returns that are made, you will be responsible for return shiiping charges of your products to us. Delivery times range from 7 -15 business days via least expensive carrier.  By bring together our resources we can fulfill your needs while saving you money at the same time. When we don't stock an item in our stores, we have the ability to access that item through our extensive supplier network. We can then ship your order complete via the most expeditious shipping method within on to five business days. Be assured that we do not inflate our prices to cover this shipping cost program.
